Patagonia

Hiking in Patagonia had long been a dream of mine, and it finally materialized when I was in Buenos Aires.

A group of five of us decided to make the trip happen, knowing we might never be geographically this close again. Plus, it’s always easier to tackle such adventures as a group. We hiked the infamous W Circuit, semi-organized, in just five days. It was April, a time when the region is adorned with the vibrant colors of fall. This was by far the most beautiful hike I’ve ever experienced and the furthest south I’ve ever been on the planet. At the end of our journey, we were lucky enough for the fog to lift, revealing a clear view of the Torres del Paine—the iconic rock towers.
