I came to video through timelapse, which is a patient and technical way to start. Watching weather build and move across a frame taught me to think in sequences before I ever thought in shots. More than ten years on, I film nature and people around the world, increasingly from the air, and I shoot and edit my own work in whatever conditions the location gives me.
