Wherever I hike I bring my drone. And that day in the remote French Alps while accompanying my climber friends, I was blown away to find this old abandoned stone village at the bottom of the mountains. Naturally, I launched the drone and capture some shots that I edited together just for the pleasure of it. This village was apparently a place where lived a group of shepherds. They would raise their cattle here before going down once a year to the large market to the nearest town.
